2. Description of Service
We provide online vehicle history reports and VIN decoding services. Reports may include available data such as mileage, theft records, damage history, insurance write-offs, and auction details.

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information, we cannot guarantee that every report contains all available data. Some data may be missing due to limitations in third-party databases or unavailable sources.
For example, odometer readings, accident records, ownership history, or auction photos may not always be included.

Reports are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing or valuing a vehicle. By purchasing a report, you acknowledge that the completeness of data is not guaranteed and that the purchase entitles you to a generated report, not to the presence of specific data fields.

3. Age Requirements
Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

4. Account Creation
– An online account is automatically created for you immediately after your first purchase.
– Login credentials (email and temporary password) are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
– After logging in, you can change your password, view your order history, and access your purchased reports and bonus codes.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
– If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@parbauditvin.lv immediately.

5. Payments, Delivery, and Refund Policy
– All payments are final and non-refundable.
– Reports and digital products are delivered instantly after payment and are not eligible for cancellation or refund under UK consumer law once delivery has started.
– By completing your purchase and accessing the report, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel or request a refund once the report has been generated.
– We are not liable for missing or unavailable data within the report, as this depends on third-party data sources.
– The purchase guarantees report generation and delivery, not the completeness or availability of every data field.

6. Subscription, Bonus Codes and Automatic Renewal
By purchasing any of our reports, you agree to enter into a subscription model under the following conditions:
– A 3-day trial period applies after your initial purchase.
– After the trial period, a €30 monthly subscription fee will automatically be charged to your saved payment method.
– Each successful renewal adds 10 bonus codes to your account.
– Bonus codes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date they are issued.
– Each bonus code can be used one time only to generate a single vehicle report.
– Unused or expired bonus codes are not refundable or transferable.
– You can view and redeem your bonus codes by logging into your account at patikrintivin.com.
– You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
– Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to refunds for past payments.
– By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to automatic renewal and acknowledge that subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.

7. Service Limitations
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.
Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party downtime may temporarily affect availability.
Reports are generated from external data sources; we disclaim liability for any delays, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from those sources.

8. International Use
Our services are available worldwide.
By purchasing and using our website, you acknowledge that the business is operated under UK law, regardless of your country of residence.
If translated versions of these Terms are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancies.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on patikrintivin.com, including reports, text, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse services, or fail to make payments.

2. Pakalpojuma apraksts

Mēs nodrošinām transportlīdzekļu vēstures atskaišu (VIN) pārbaudes un dekodēšanas pakalpojumus. Atskaitēs var būt tādi dati kā nobraukums, zādzību ieraksti, avāriju vēsture, apdrošināšanas norakstīšanas, izsoļu informācija.

⚠️ Atbildības ierobežojums:
Mēs cenšamies nodrošināt precīzu un pilnīgu informāciju, tomēr nevaram garantēt, ka katra atskaite saturēs visus datus. Daži dati var nebūt pieejami trešo pušu datu avotu ierobežojumu dēļ. Piemēram, nobraukuma ieraksti, avāriju vai īpašumtiesību vēsture, izsoļu fotogrāfijas var nebūt pieejamas.

• Konts tiek automātiski izveidots uzreiz pēc pirmā pirkuma.
• Pieslēgšanās dati (e-pasts un pagaidu parole) tiek nosūtīti uz jūsu norādīto e-pasta adresi.
• Pieslēdzoties, jūs varat nomainīt paroli, apskatīt pirkumu vēsturi, atskaites un bonusa kodus.
• Jūs esat atbildīgi par savu pieslēgšanās datu drošību un visu darbību savā kontā.

5. Maksājumi, piegāde un atmaksas noteikumi
• Visi maksājumi ir galīgi un netiek atmaksāti.
• Atskaites un citi digitālie produkti tiek piegādāti uzreiz pēc apmaksas, tāpēc atteikuma tiesības netiek piemērotas, kad digitālā piegāde jau ir sākta.
• Iegādājoties atskaiti, jūs skaidri piekrītat, ka digitālais saturs tiks piegādāts nekavējoties, un atzīstat, ka tādējādi zaudējat tiesības uz naudas atmaksu.
• Mēs neatbildam par trūkstošiem vai nepieejamiem datiem, jo tie ir atkarīgi no trešo pušu avotiem.
• Pirkums garantē atskaites ģenerēšanu un piegādi, bet negarantē visu datu esamību.

6. Abonements, bonusa kodi un automātiskā atjaunošana

Iegādājoties jebkuru atskaiti, jūs piekrītat abonēšanas modelim:
• Pēc pirmā pirkuma tiek piemērots 3 dienu pārbaudes periods.
• Pēc pārbaudes perioda beigām jūsu maksājumu metodei katru mēnesi automātiski tiek piemērota €30 maksa.
• Katrs veiksmīgs abonementa atjaunošanas maksājums piešķir 10 bonusa kodus.
• Bonusa kodi ir derīgi 30 dienas no izdošanas brīža.
• Katru kodu var izmantot tikai vienu reizi vienai atskaitei.
• Neizmantotie vai beigušies kodi netiek atgriezti vai pārcelti.
• Bonusa kodus var apskatīt, pieslēdzoties savam kontam vietnē parbauditvin.lv
• Abonementu varat atcelt jebkurā laikā savā kontā. Atcelšana aptur turpmākos maksājumus, bet nesniedz tiesības uz jau veiktu maksājumu atmaksu.
• Pabeidzot pirkumu, jūs skaidri piekrītat automātiskajai atjaunošanai un atzīstat, ka abonementa maksājumi ir galīgi un neatmaksājami.

7. Pakalpojumu ierobežojumi

Mēs negarantējam nepārtrauktu pakalpojumu darbību. Tehniski traucējumi, apkope vai trešo pušu avotu kļūmes var īslaicīgi ietekmēt pakalpojumu pieejamību.
Atskaites tiek veidotas, izmantojot ārējos avotus, tāpēc mēs neatbildam par datu aizkavēšanos, trūkumiem vai neprecizitātēm.

8. Starptautiska lietošana

Mūsu pakalpojumus var izmantot klienti no jebkuras valsts.
Izmantojot mājaslapu, jūs atzīstat, ka uzņēmums darbojas saskaņā ar Apvienotās Karalistes likumiem, neatkarīgi no jūsu dzīvesvietas.
Atšķirību gadījumā starp tulkojumiem noteicošā ir angļu valodas versija.

Šiem Noteikumiem tiek piemēroti un tie tiek interpretēti saskaņā ar Anglijas un Velsas likumiem. Visi strīdi tiek risināti Lielbritānijas jurisdikcijā.
